Return & Refund Policy

At Command Jewelry, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

To report an issue, please contact us at support@commandjewelry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the problem

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Items must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or abnormal wear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper handling

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement where applicable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

However, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery

To exercise your cancellation rights where applicable, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided except in cases where:

  • The product is defective

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
